Grilled Chicken Spring Mix Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Salad Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
