Recommended Dosage Children 2 – 4 years: Chew one tablet 2 times per day. Take at the first sign of infection. To help maintain immune function over the cold and flu season, chew one tablet each day. Children 5 – 9 years: Chew one tablet 3 times per day. Take at the first sign of infection. To help maintain immune function over the cold and flu season, chew one tablet each day. Adolescents 10 – 13 years: Chew two tablets 3 times per day. Take at the first sign of infection. To help maintain immune function over the cold and flu season, chew two tablets per day. Caution: Do not use if you are allergic to elderberries. Rare cases of severe allergic reactions have been known to occur; use caution if you are allergic to plants of the Daisy family.
