Extracted from the flesh of mature coconuts and slowly sun-dried to release its fragrant and exotic flavour, our organic shredded coconut will add a touch of magic to your dishes.

Naturally sweet, our organic coconut contains no added sugars or sulphites. It’s rich in the saturated fat lauric acid, which has been shown to increase good cholesterol in the blood, as well as filling fibre. It’s also a source of iron and protein.
