Cautions and warnings

If you are taking prescription medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any prescription medication. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes or issues with blood sugar control. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have benign prostate hypertrophy and/or prostate cancer. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking propranolol.

Adult women:Consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience abnormal hair growth.

Contraindications

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have breast cancer, prostate cancer, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, sleep apnea or are under the age of 18.

D3 2500IU helps to prevent vitamin D deficiency.

Directions
Adults – Take one (1) softgel per day with an adequate intake of calcium or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Cautions & Warnings
As with any natural health product, you should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have kidney disorders. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you take any prescription medications including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins or thiazide diuretics, or if you take other vitamin D supplements, multivitamin supplements containing vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues. 15-20 mcg (600-800 IU) of vitamin D per day is adequate for most individuals. Consult a healthcare practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional vitamin D before taking this product. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.

Known Adverse Reactions.
Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination and muscle weakness occur, which are early symptoms of hypercalcemia, or if you have any other side effects.

Contraindications
Do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia and/or hypercalciuria.
