Suggested Dose
(Adults) As a factor in the maintenance of good health, add 1 scoop (47.6 g) of VegEssential All in One into 350-400 ml of the beverage of your choice. Consume once daily. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner.

Cautions
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have a liver disorder, iron deficiency or diabetes.
